These massage methods designed to reduce the appearance of cellulite. Massages affect mainly the subcutaneous fat layer. 

Even if you’re an athlete and your body is toned up, we can still improve your fascia with breaking that stubborn thin fat layer/uneven skin (in your case only visible when gently squeezing the skin). Your job is to work on your muscles – our job is to work on your fascia for a healthier skin!

Manual massage techniques are a broad variety of vigorous, faster deep pressures, pumping and skin-rolling movements.

These two types of massages are performed differently. We do encourage to try each type to maximise the results.

And whether you choose to speed up the slimming process (melting away fat deposits) by having an Infrared Sauna (Detox Box) session before the massage/ after or even choose both; your treatment will be finished by massaging a concentrated slimming/firming serum into targeted areas to help reduce localised fat even more.

Various techniques are used as the client progresses through the pregnancy and massage may be performed whilst she is lying on her side or on a special pregnancy cushion that allows her to lie on her stomach. Once the pregnancy is advanced, she is discouraged from lying on her back as this may cause pressure on deep blood vessels.
